"Cc that there was water leaking from around the filter side and food freezing in ff section she has had the water turned off for about a month because of issue. So i removed the bypass which thats what she had installed and reseated it asked her to turn on the water and there were no leaks tried dispensing water a couple of times and no water was leaking explained to customer the by pass was probably not seated correctly causing the leak but there was no leaks at all. For the food freezing I noticed she had the freezer temperature at -6 and explained to her that the compressor will keep running more causing the ff section to get colder and freezing her food also found that she was blocking the vent explained to her to keep tall stuff from blocking the vent and fixed the temperature settings for her. If issue with freezing food happens again she will need thermistor, damper and control board replaced.
