Putting unit on normal cycle with a load inside, going through agitating, good. Drained unit out. Put on drain/ spin cycle. Let run through. Customer is nearby, no weird noises or sounds. As far as residue left on clothes. Let customer know about selections different options for more water in unit or wash cycles that have a higher water level to them and soil level as well. Can also add extra rinse if needed. Unit test good."

Reinstalled and retested, no abnormal sound from fan. Reinstalled unit. Ran convect bake to 350 degrees. No abnormal sounds, all functions normal. Op test good."

I tapped the system. Recovered the remaining Freon if any. Remove the old parts installed new parts. I also pressurize the system to 130 pounds with nitrogen tested good I also blew the system out with nitrogen just in case there was any kind of restriction. Then put the unit at a 30 inch vacuum held for 10 minutes. Charge the unit with 5.3 ounces of Freon a frost pattern started to develop unit tested good recommended customer to wait 24 hours before packing fridge.

unit not agitating Found motor and shifter error code. Went into diagnostics cycle and when agitating would just move back in forth but spin was good. Replaced actuator. Tested and both spin/agitate good. Draining slow. Drain pump out of range. Replaced that from t/s as well. Ran another diagnostics, still draining slow. Found debris in basket. Tried removing but stuck in drain ports under agitator will need new basket and hub. Customer is having an issue with the fabric softener and bleach valve not dispensing properly. I took the machine apart and had no error codes. I tested the individual water solenoids each were within spec which is 1k ohms. From there I reassembled the machine put the machine back into test mode individually turned on each water solenoid through the test cycle everything is operating. I took the dispenser apart I cleaned it did not find any blockage.
