Put gages in and found pressure of 0 on low side and 150 on high side. Added nitrogen 145psi, it took about 5 min before I could find the leak and it steamed leaking at the cap tube going to freezer evaporator inside cabinet, you can see the die coming out.. Cc that unit is leaving her clothes wet. I asked customer if clothes were dripping and said no but they feel wet explained to her that they will feel wet depending on what spin option she has it on. Ran diagnostics and no error codes did a manual spin and was good. Asked customer for some clothes to do a rinse/spin and see if i can duplicate issue went through cycle and unit is spinning out the clothes as should i had customer remove clothes so she can feel for herself and it was spun out perfectly. So i asked her what cycle does she choose to wash her clothes and said regular and i checked the spin option and had it at slow explained to her how to select the spin option so she can check the spin before starting unit so she can have her clothes properly spun out. Can not find issue with unit. Opt test ok.

She was states the burners dont light correctly and she had to use a lighter to light them. Customer was using the LR burner she was using one day and the hamburgers she was cooking exploded from the pot. Found customer has foil surrounding all burners, burner caps not sitting correctly on burner heads, and grease buildup on burner head/cap surfaces. Removed foil, cleaned up caps and burner heads and reseated caps. Tested all burners, all sparking and igniting properly at this time. Ran bake test to 350 degrees, good ignitor glow and flame. Let cycle 4 times, good ignition and flame each time. Called wp techline, Rich, documented for use and care issue at this point. No issues found with unit."

"CC that there is a loud noise in the washer and the dryer trips the breaker. Ran diag F0E5 OFF BALANCE LOAD DETECTED. Started a quick cycle with clothes. Advised cust to wrap the clothes around the agitator and to use 1-2 tablespoons of he detergent. One jacket will cause an off balance load. Started the dryer let run for several minutes opened and closed the door, not tripping the breaker. Breaker could be getting weak, to trip. Opt test ok"
