Explained to customer if her toast got burnt underneath it should be getting to temperature so I preheated unit to 350* and waited 15min to verify temperatures and it was at 362* and 358* unit is getting to temperature as should also explained to customer when unit gets to the preheated temperature to wait at least 15mins before inserting the food for proper results on the baking. Replaced appliance manager tested unit opt test no good the ui will not turn on thought new board could of been bad so installed the original one and it was still having same issue made sure unit was getting power and it was called BJ explained issue we checked for dcv to console and had 14vdc which is good BJ asked me to called tech line called and spoke with Butch explained issue and he instructed everything i did already for me to do and same results asked me to reset it and nothing Butch indicated that the console will need to be replaced. Explained issue to customer. Took new part with me for return.
