Cooling returned to unit, but now ice maker not working, and ice buildup on bottom of freezer. Found defrost drain iced over. Cleared ice from freezer, steamed down drain hole. Good flow through. Found ice maker jammed with excessive ice, most likely when unit thawed. Cleared ice from ice maker, ran manual harvest test, ice maker indexed properly and filled with water. Op test good. Customer also wants to have ice dispense repaired, separate issue. Found ice door bracket broken, unit needs ice door kit. ; ordrng 1 W10823377 (Ice door kit)"

If not closing properly, not slamming but giving door firm push to make sure switches are activating and reading correctly, a message can pop up to close door. Showed customer how I closed it and every single time unit is working. Opened and closed door more than 20 times and every time unit worked. Went through service matters and checked to see if any service pointers. Went over service pointer. Went through each step and switches, door, all check good. Even tightened up switch screws, came a little bit closer to door. Tried adjusted right side closer to cabinet/switches as well. Every time testing unit. Has worked. Unit test good. Op test ok."
