Did find some boxes blocking vent so i explained to her about issue blocking the vents but Everything else looked good in ff section but i set her temperature at 38* which is recommended and she had it at 36* and freezer i set at 2* which is stated by whirlpool tech line if customers are having issues with food freezing in ff section set temperature in freezer a little higher to prevent compressor running as much. Unit working as designed opt test ok. Also explained that when bulb is in transit she will get notified by the office."

Cc that the oven will not work or the two left elements. Verified in back and terminal block was good and power coming to it. Looked at harness and saw that the harness was burnt out because it was pinched against the back panel. Harness had enough slack to fix issue tested unit and oven and burners started working as should. Opt test ok.

Customer complaint that it stop mid cycle ran diagnostic found f9e1 error code long drain check drain install is good check inside pump is good ran calibration and auto test pass running rinse and spin it fill and agitate then drain and spin pass I advise customer not to overload it and to follow 6 to 7 regular towels is a full load and use two tablespoon of detergent it should be enough and when is off balance pause unit and re arrange the load then press start and it will continue where it left off

Cc that unit will not drain. Verified and i could hear the pump running but would not drain the water so i used my shop vac and removed water took out drain pump but looked good it was not clogged up or damaged but i still replaced it but than noticed towards the back of the unit that the hose was not routed properly and when i removed unit from spot the hose was crimped so i removed drain hose and rerouted the hose properly tested unit and it started draining as should. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit did not drain, stopped spinning and gave a F1 error code. F1 error code is CCU error, follow tech sheet and if still not operating could be a welded rely on control, at that time would need a new control. Followed tech sheet instructions, unit is going through a normal cycle, drum moving. When trying to drain it couldnt. Found drain housing clogged up, removed all debris. Draining properly now. If not draining correctly, couldve been giving false error codes. Now unit is working normally. Advised customer if error code comes up again for any controls, all controls are NLA, discontinued. As of now unit is working properly. Op Test Ok"
