Cc that unit just kept filling and it would not stop or pass the sensing setting. Ran diagnostics and unit had an F7E5 error code shifter fault tested the shifter in diagnostics and everything was working fine also checked control board and all wiring to make sure they were all plugged in and they were tested the pressure hose and blew through it and it was good. Cc that unit was not cooling but started working now but some times it wont turn on. When I arrived noticed that the refrigerator is in the garage and its not a heated garage checked temperatures and freezer was at 8* and ff section at 36* evaporator was not all frosted up or anything explained to customer and showed her as well that these unit are not meant for garage use if its not heated and unit is working now because the temperature passed over 50* but when the temperature drops again below 50* there going to experience issues with not cooling because the compressor will not kick on because of the low temperatures inside the garage unit working as should opt test ok.

Cc that when they start the unit up and close the door for it to run a cycle after about a minute it will start beeping and will not let the unit run. Started unit up and unit started up perfectly drained filled and started washing left it running for bout 5mins cancelled it out and started unit up again and it drain at the beginning like it should filled and started washing as should let the unit run for like 20mins and it ran perfectly with no issues but when so I checked the float switch pan but it was dry so I ran diagnostics to see if they had any error codes stored and there was only one which was F8E1 indicating tap water is closed made sure wiring was good to the inlet valve and it was and i shut off unit and turned it on about 8 times with no issues at all also the kitchen is being remodeled and explained to him that it couldve been that the shut off was off while they were remodeling the kitchen but now being on its working fine which the water being off will cause that issue unit working as designed cannot duplicate the issue opt test ok.

He said that cleaning cycles can cause oversuds, he said let cust know that if using the cleaning cycle unit will have a lot of suds and theres nothing that can be done to avoid the leak, do not use a lot of detergent, make sure is HE, also run unit empty after a cleaning cycle just to make sure that suds are all gone.
