Remove panel and drum inspected rollers and pulley they are good. Found lint in blower wheel removed all. I found that heater was not sitting properly at the back of it. Corrected issue. Put back together. Tested unit. Verify air flow outside. Is a little good but the vent goes from 4 inches to 3. Advice cust to correct and office sent number to get that replaced. No repair needed at this point, only advise cust that if drying mix loads use time dry. Unit goes by sensor if have mix loads can confuse unit to think that clothes are dry and some are still damp. Unit is working properly."

"Cc unit not washing full cycle, stated shuts off after a few minutes, ran diagnostics and found codes 1-2 for control software issues, 4-3 for motor not running, 8-2 for drain pump electrical issues, and 3-2 for shorted thermistor. Rand test cycle and unit started running then it reset itself and resumed the diagnostics cycle but motor never ran, when unit went to drain it reset itself again, reran test cycle but manually advanced the steps, when motor started unit reset but motor shut off, checked voltage to motor and proper voltage, reran and skipped steps until unit was draining and took voltage to pump and getting 99 volts then unit resets, spoke to BJ he advise that the customer contact wpl and see if they cover the parts, let customer know and shell be calling wpl and see if they give her a concession.; ordrng 1 W10906430 (cntrl-elec) and 1 WPW10591570 (pump&motor), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"
