The air coming out of the dampener control is 0? anything by that will freeze I Suggested to the customer a few different options to try to limit the amount of freezing that occurs inside the machine recommend not putting anything by that vent to block it

"Cc sometimes clothes are still wet not spun out, lid locked and wouldnt let them into get clothes, clothes getting tangled. Asked customer, what cycles does she use, normal/quick wash/delicates. Found on different cycles that the Spin option was turned off. Advised customer to make sure to check that option is set to on or at desired spin speed. For clothes getting tangled, depending on load being put into unit. Make sure to use correct cycle to add more water if needed. Make sure to be loading unit properly as well and not into bunches. Also has max fill/deep fill option. Ran diagnostics cycle, all components working correctly. Ran a calibration. All components good. Ran a Norma cycle with load in and then used drain and spin. Good. Unit test good. Op test ok."
