"Cc that the unit shakes a lot . Ran diag found error code F0E5 off balance load , deleted error code. Ran auto test ,pass . Ran calibration, explain cust that unit only need1-2 tablespoons of detergent and 6-7 bath towels equals a full load. Advice cust that if the unit goes off balance it will try to rearrange clothes but if it fails to do so it will shut down at that point you have to run drain and spin. Unit is working as designed"

This style icemaker its possible when the bin was full and the auger motor was running that it actually couldve turned the switch off for the icemaker is located at the bottom of the icemaker exposed
