Build up of frost around FF evap, a little bit up of frost on FZ evap. Calling techline. Went over thermistor replacement, went over diagnostics Test 7, went over SP W11092686. Followed SP. Some taps on evap cover are cracked, drip pan under evap has a crack as well. Most likely happened when evap was replaced in previous calls. Customer to not pay for damaged items, not caused by him. SP W11092686 covers labor only, S code S16360.. Techline also suggested steaming the the FZ evap as well. **2-3 count job to steam all frost; ordrng 1 W10633627 (Fan) and 1 WPW10277799 (Harness, thermistor) and 1 W11211387 (Cover) and 1 W11457241 (Drip pan)"

"Cc unit leaking from doorFound unit not mounted to cabinet, no hardware on unit for mounting and metal flange around unit has been hammered/flattened, unit rocking back and forth. Raised unit front using adjustment feet to help stabilize. Advised customer they will need unit properly installed to cabinets. Started wash cycle, found water turned off to unit. Unit is plumbed into cold side on sink connection. Advised customer they will need a plumber to correct water connection and connect to hot side of faucet. Found upper spray arm laying in bottom rack, tabs are broken off, unable to reinstall. Unit will need upper spray arm. Customer to install spray arm, no return visit. ; ordrng 1 WPW10498900 (Spray arm)"

"Cc unit displays f6e2, recently had main control replaced. Customer stated he had another service company out recently to replace the main control due to an f6e2 fault code. The unit now will not power on. Checked connections on main control, all checked good. LED status light is blinking. Checked voltage to HMI at HMI connector. Reading 13.1vdc. Since main control was just replaced, suspect HMI has failed. Customer is calling back the other service company to see if they can replace the HMI free of charge since they misdiagnosed"
