Cc that she was still getting condensation on top of the gasket on the freezer door. Did a last test before calling tech line by disconnecting the condenser fan and seeing the temperature on the horizontal mullion if it was a consistent temperature all across or if it had different temps on different areas and I found that the mullion was getting to 77* on the corners and on the center it was at 68*. Called tech line spoke with Andrew explained issue and sent him pics of the different temps unit going under review.

Cc that u it was not freezing completely in the freezer and nothing not cooling in the ff section and light in ff section was not working. Verified and found some frost buildup because fan was not running. Checked voltage to fan and had 120vac but not running. Had fan in truck stock replaced fan started working but we found that light in ff section was not working because of switch. Removed switch and found wires full of foam tried to remove foam but wires were jammed up so I pulled on one came a bit loose but wire was getting damaged. Called tech line spoke with Daniel and explained issue he said there was service kit for the wires but connector fell off on one of the wires so theres nothing else we can do unit going under review; used 1 WP2315539 (MOTOR-EVAP) from stock
