When arrived unit was quiet, ran diag turned compressor on and condenser fan, sounds good, verify evaporator fan, is rattling a little, while working on it broke blade fan, replaced from surplus. Used masking tape behind fan to quiet down vibration from fan. Advice cust to take a video if noise comes back. Also found some frost on white fan cover, that when fdoor is open or warm air entering, if ice gets back there will make a loud noise as well. Op test ok; used 1 WP2169142 (Fan) from stock"

"Cc unit making noise while filling up, seems like dispenser isnt working, still detergent. Went through error codes, F8E1 long fill. Found one of valves of dual cold is not working and when cold water is being called, making loud screeching noise. Would suggest replacing valves. Also suggest cleaning between the gasket every load, found animal hair blocking the holes. Suggest cleaning the drain pump housing 1-2 times a month as needed, also suggest clean washer with cleaning pod/washer cleaner once a month to help keep unit clean as possible. Gave estimate for repair ; ordrng 1 W11316255 (Hot water valve) and 1 W11316256 (Cold dual Valve), used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock"
