Ran diagnostics to fill up washer and and than to drain the water out to see if anything would leak and could not find any leaks opened up top of unit to see if anything was out of place but nothing. Could not find any leaks asked customer to monitor for now since it happened only once it couldve of been an of balance load but unit as of now working as designed. Also leveled unit a little better. Unplugged unit, Plugged in. Unit compressor kicked on and fans all running. Let sit for 10-15 mins and took temps. Unit is starting to cool. Can hear refrigerant going through and valve switching from FF section to FF and all fans coming on properly. Suggested leaving water bottle in each section and monitor for 24-48 hours. After if still not cooling would recommend dye filter being replaced. As of today, unit is good, customer to monitor. Customer paid SVC only today."

Cc that unit is shaking and vibrating. Verified and ran diagnostics and found error code F0E5 oof balance load. Asked customer how much clothes does she was and said about half a tub so i explained to her that when she does loads she wants to try to keep her load evenly jeans with jeans towels with towels because mixed load will tend to have heavier weight on one side causing the unit to go off balance. Also leveled her unit a little better than it was and explained to her as well that the vibration on her unit is going to be a little more than normal because she has it on a second floor and the floor is wood making it vibrate more than normal. Unit working as designed. Opt test ok.

Ran diag found error code F2E1 UI stuck button F0E1 oven user interface failure. Called tech line spoke with Leon explain the issue and what I found with the inches of the Unit. It was set to 30 instead of 27. He said that its supposed to be set to 27 otherwise you will have all kinds of problems. Preheated unit to 420*. Op test ok
