Cc that stove is releasing c02. The customer said that the c02 alarm went off when oven was on so they called the gas company to verify issue and said they had a reading of 10 parts per million so we turned on the unit to see if the alarm would go off but nothing so the customer took the alarm off the wall and started to open the oven door to place the alarm in the oven and around it to trigger the alarm explained to customer he could not use the alarm that way it will give incorrect readings and the alarm still never went off. Called whirlpool and spoke with Jowell explained issue and he lets us know that 10 parts per million is a low reading all the way up to 800 parts per million of c02 is acceptable Jowell said they would have to have the gas company have someone come back out to get the right readings. But unit is working as designed. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit not filling with water and dispenser not opening sometimesRan diagnostics, found codes 6-2 fo fill valve electrical problem, 9-1 for diverter cant find position, and lower spray arm error. Ran diagnostics test, unit did not fill with water, checked water valve to ensure turned on. Checked float switch operation , checked good. Measured voltage to fill valve during demand, only reading 14.1vac. Unit needs control. Lower spray arm is also needing replaced, cannot reassemble correctly, customer had taken it out and taken it apart to clean. Found dispenser door gasket torn, causing door to not open fully when demanded. Unit needs control, lower spray arm and dispenser. Control is covered under 60mo warranty. Control not showing in stock, office to advise customer on next service date. ; ordrng 1 W10861000 (Dispenser) and 1 W10860176 (Spray arm lower) and 1 W10854228 (Control)"
