Customer stated theres a streak and some spots In between upper door glass. Advised customer that may happen and is not a door defect, would require removal of door and manual cleaning, quoted customer. Customer declined. Ran bake test on both ovens to 350 degrees. Found upper oven temps reading 370-380 after preheat, calibrated -10 degrees. Temps now reading 345-360, within spec. Checked lower ovens temps after preheat, temps reading 370-375, calibrated temps -10 degrees. Lower oven temps reading 355-360. Unit is heating properly, advised customer to not place foil on oven bottom and allow an additional 10-15 minutes for preheat after chime."

Cc that unit will not do anything after they installed temp sensor. Prior visit unit was working just had f31 error for shorted temp sensor. I ordered the part for customer to install and not sure what they did but unit will not turn on now. Verified power to unit and control is receiving 240vac but display is completely off will need control replaced. Checked on part and its discontinued unit can not be fixed. Called BJ and said we can not do anything from here.
