REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS321SDHV01 Cc that freezer is not cooling. Verified issue by connecting the gages to verify pressure and found -15psi on the low side and 95psi on the high side also found leak in the inner back panel of the freezer where the cap tube come out of. Called whirlpool tech line and spoke with Scott by video chat and showed him all of the dye that was leaking from the back panel and dripping into the drain pan. Scott documented everything and said he would contact customer for what would be the next step with the issue.

ICE MAKER KITCHENAID KUIC15NRTS1 The motor is not working again. As soon as I started messing with the motor connections and started working theres so much corrosion built into the harness but it doesnt matter what happens that harness Hass to be replaced. Now the machine will not come from the wall. Last time I was here I was unable to remove the machine and thats why I didnt put the harness in last time I was here. I told the customer if you can get it out of there I can fix it. We will wait to hear from him. If he is able to remove the machine from its location then we will be able to correctly and thoroughly fix the machine

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW2 "Cc unit sometimes stopping in spin, adding more water, also gas dryer is plugged in to same wall outlet, sometimes when turning the knob on dryer, washer will click or lock and unlock. Documented, with both units not being on dedicated circuit. Electrical surges can be sent between unit. Found out of balance error code. Cleared. Ran diagnostics, all components working. Ran factory calibration on unit. Good. Ran a drain and spin with load in. Ran all the way through. Good. Went over load size with customer. Normal shaking in spin. Could be more excessive if too much of a load. Unit test good. Op test ok."
