"Cc unit not advancing cyclesCustomer stated unit stayed in wash cycle for over 30 minutes on normal, so she canceled the cycle. She stated its never done that before. Ran diagnostics, no fault codes stored. Ran auto test, all functions passed. No issues found with unit. Advised customer to allow unit to complete wash cycle, which will take 30-40 minutes on normal before advancing to rinse and spin, so approximate cycle will be around an hour. If normal cycle takes longer or cycle issues arise, possibly could be a control issue, but without duplicating issue, would not advise at this point."

"Unit was full of stagnant water, cant drain through the drain hose removed top cover and open the door slowly with my vacuum sucking up the water, my vacuum broke and I got water all over me, my shoe and pants are soak my moving blanket go drenched and so is my shirt, drain all the water with customer shop vac, took 1 hr drain with the vacuum, removed front cover and removed drain pump catcher, and pump is cleared, noticed what looks like mat rubber baking inside the drain hose that goes from tub to pump, removed hose and cleared debris, reassembled and ran test cycle unit is draining properly, unit wont need the pump replaced, office to contact customer to issue refund.; saved tckt"

"Cc that unit is squealing when it goes into a spin. Confirmed tested unit in diagnostics and has a loud squealing sound. Looked underneath and unit will need gear case because its leaking also the stator, clutch and slider. Also noticed in diagnostics that the hot water is not coming in to the unit only cold water verified to see if it was clogged and it wasnt will need valve as well.
