Explained to her what I would do to seal the cabinet and steam out frost. But she decided she would do it herself. So I explained to them that oven is pretty new and I would run the unit at 425* at least for an hour to try to get the smell off which they tried to use dish soap to wipe it down and recommended not to because there adding more chemical to cavity and could make the smell stronger. Fan is working properly, but no air is reaching ice box in ff section. Suspect ice buildup in air passage. Steamed through air passage, started seeing steam entering ice box. Reassembled evaporator assembly. Air is now flowing into ice box. Advised customer to allow up to 24 hrs for unit to return to desired temperatures and ice maker to resume ice production."

Customer is using a drain hose extension due to the unit installation far away from sink. Pulled drain hose of disposer and drained into a bucket, very slow water flow. Used steamer to pressurize both sides of drain hose to clear debris/clog. Reconnected and checked flow. Good drain out, strong flow. Ran wash test then canceled to drain. Op tea good."
