Got to back of unit and plugged in my watt meter to see how many Amps compressor is pulling and it was pulling .59amps indicating a leak. Cant tap unit because its keeping enough temperature to get the customer by. They will need compressor, evaporator and drier filter. Gave customer estimate and she said she will call whirlpool to see if they can cover the repairs. "Cc unit not drying properly, ran diagnostics no error codes found, ran normal cycle and waited for unit to start heating, unit is heating, advise customer of the moisture sensor and how mix loads can affect the quality of the drying process, he stated that they only use timed dry, but that they lower the temperature, I explained that being a ventless dryer, the unit uses a compressor and condenser to generate heat so the unit wont start heating right away, like a dryer with a vent would, after the diagnostics, tenant walked in and said that the dryer was already replaced with another dryer, when she first requested service, unit is working as designed."

"Brand new wall oven. CC unit long preheat and no cooling food correctly. Typical for bake to preheat 12-17 mins per owners manual. Ran diagnostics, no error codes. Ran individual relays to check components. Both ovens broil is coming on turning red, bake is coking on and heating. All working normal. Followed legend on Tech sheet to see what relays turn on during cycle. Put both oven on bake 350. Watched and bake is working and broil is tuning red, cycling between these two, good. Customer had some cookies to test out, put some on top and bottom. Cookies took about 20 mins 4-5 mins over time to be done. Per owners manual baking time can vary. Unit is working correctly. Op Test Ok."
