Replaced cam and pulley used lock tight on nut to secure and tested unit. Also leveled unit for customer and recommended no more than 6 to 8 regular bath towels for a full load and 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash clothes. Went underneath unit, found screw to rotor loose. Took off clutch, slider, stator. All look good, nothing chipped. Put back on and made sure all screws tight. Used thread lock on screw to rotor. Ran diagnostics spin cycle, no nose. Ran a normal spin cycle. Good. No noise. Went over different options for heavier cycles, Heavy Duty option, Extra Power option, instead of using auto fill, witch to High or Max fill and adding extra rinse option also if needed, changing soil level as well. Customer to monitor and go over different options as that might solve the problem she is having. Op test ok."

"Cc that the unit has the motor that it wont stop running. Plugged in unit me drain pump started going, cust told me that she did a soak cycle and nothing happened later so she removed t.he water out little by little and then took the towels out of the unit. Unit entered float mode, cust said that she was pressing cancel for 3 seconds and it would not work. Explain that it usually takes more that 3 seconds, do it for like 8 seconds that for sure it will cancel. Ran diag no error codes. Gave cust few tips, load size and detergent amount. Ran a automatic test and I was able to hear the belt starting to go. Replaced from T/S. Op test ok; used 1 WPW10006384 (BELT) from stock"

"Cc unit beeping and will not start a cycleCustomer stated unit stopped working and started beeping, unplugged for awhile and was able to run 1 wash cycle, then it happened again. Customer also stated they had a leak from the water supply line under sink which caused damage to their cabinet. They repaired the water supply line under sink. Ran diagnostics on unit, found code f8e4 for overflow. Found some water in bottom drip tray, cleared out. Ran wash cycle test for 20 minutes. Unit did not leak, no signs of water under unit. Could not duplicate overflow issue at this time. Found water filter not installed properly in unit, possible interference with lower spray arm causing water to flow towards door."
