"Cc unit didnt finish cycles, ran diagnostics and no codes found, ran test cycle and when unit started spinning started shaking a lot, unit is on a wooden pallet and shakes a lot when spinning, let customer know that the unit will shake and stop the cycle if its off balance, leveled unit and let customer know that if this happens again they need to set the unit on the floor or something solid that wont cause unit to shake. "Cc unit oven door locked after self cleanCustomer stated while trying to do a self clean the door locks but did not actually lock and displayed f8. The turned the breaker off at that point. Found the door was unlocked, customer stated her son opened it. Turned breaker on. The cooling fan is continually running on high, this is running though the door lock assembly. Unit needs door lock assembly replaced. Customer also stated the lower oven does not preheat to temp. Ran bake test on lower oven, found bake element not working. Tested heater element for continuity, good at 19.6 ohms. Unit needs lower oven relay board. ; ordrng 1 318022001 (Relay board) and 1 318095956 (Motor lock)"

Cc that food is still freezing food but only about 2 to 3 times a week. Took temperatures and freezer was at 8* and ff section was at 40* and they have the temperature set at 42*. Noticed that the damper was closed but could still feel cold air coming through took apart damper assemble and found that the damper has a return on bottom letting cold air to still com in even if the damper is closed. Called BJ and stated lets adjust damper and try to insulate it better around it and see if that fixes the issue. Explained to customer what I did and I let him know if anything to give us a call. Opt test ok.

Cc that u it was making a sound when spinning. Put unit into a spin and the sound is the water left over in the drum customer has more water left over in drum causing the sound because the lint trap they have is clogged with lint not letting all the water drain out and having more water in basket causing it to make a rattling sound. But noticed when unit us going to do a agitation it turns off and back on again. Tested the motor and ohmed it out and it was good shifter was replaced already and unit keeping voltage. Will order control board and harness. Office to reschedule parts out of stock.; ordrng 1 W11498796 (Control board) and 1 W11450611 (Harness)
