Cc that u it was not cooling and it happened overnight. Temps were at 50s on both sections Checked evaporators none had any frost pattern. Looked in back of unit and compressor was not running inverter was not receiving voltage. Reseted unit to see if control board had a glitch and compressor started running and ff section evaporator had perfect frost pattern. Explained to customer what I did and to have them monitor and if issue happens again will need control board and inverter box replaced.

Cc that unit is taking too long to dry. Tested unit and its igniting correctly. Checked vent and its venting properly but vent needs to be replaced for a semi rigid vent and shortened Up a lot. Took off vent snd noticed there was a lot of lint. Customer gave me permission to cut the vent because it was too long and was causing a restriction. Cut the vent and checked vent outside and it was flowing way better. Recommended customer to monitor and see if that helped because I cant find any other issues with unit opt test good.
