Cc that the lower oven when you use it for a long time the steam gets into the upper oven door. Looked at seal around door and it was stiff and flat i pressed on it to fluff it up and it started sealing a little better made sure that the fan was working as well and it was. Used my flash light and explained to the customer that where the steam is coming from is from the vent and I explained to them depending on what you cook in the oven and how long it will buildup moisture and steam unit working as is its just that the vent is right under the upper ovens door.
