"Customer had another come out about a week ago, every since they came out customer said water dispenser isnt working as well. Customer just replaced water filter. Cc Icemaker not working, top FF lights and FZ lights arent working. Tried going into diagnostics, wont let me. Regular options setting on UI will not go into options, just flashes when pressed. When pressing water/ice dispenser, no noise from valves, for ice the flap will not open. Cut off breaker, for 5 mins. Can go into diagnostics, but do not hear 3 way valve opening, cannot even select any options as well. Checked Icemaker error codes, wont even bring it up. All connections plugged in. Unit has been running fine since, customer was running a load when I arrived. Ran diagnostics, found codes f7e1 for tachometer missing signal or power and f7e7 for motor unable to reach rpm. Ran slow agitate and slow spin test, both passed. Ran tachometer test, tach reading basket speed properly. Checked all connections and wiring under unit. All checked good. Ran auto test. All functions passed. Could not duplicate a motor/drive issue nor detect a burning like smell at this time."

Valve is getting 122V . Unit will need new water valve. Replaced from T/S. Ran auto test and calibration.Op test ok; used 1 W11165546 (VALVE) from stock"

"When arrived unit was cooling, unit had -5 on evaporator but it was around 17*. Check pressure it was on a vacuum -9. I started looking for leaks on unit when I put my hand on the line coming out of the cabinet lots of dye came in my hand. When looked it looks like unit has an internal leak.
