Cc that unit is taking too long to preheat it takes up too an hour to preheat. Verified power and it was good ohmed out the elements and they were both good checked temp sensor and it was reading 1080ohms so it was good as well. So I put unit to preheat and it preheated to 350* in about 15mins waited about 10mins and checked temps and the temps were between 358* to 372* cannot find an issue with unit unless when I unplugged unit it reseted the control and now its working as should but maintenance was here with me and saw the temp readings and how long it took to preheat he said he will monitor for now if anything he will let us know and I explained if it does happen its going to be a control issue.

Cc that right front burner was not working properly or taking about half an hour to boil water. Tested unit and the element was working perfectly set it on low and it clicks on and off and on high and medium as well. We put a pot of water to boil and it boiled in about 5mins. Called BJ and explained issue and stated most likely it could be the switch but as of now its working to keep an eye on it and if anything to call us but its not the element. Opt test ok.
