Cc that they set unit to wash dishes left and the next morning they were as they left them the night before. So i started unit and filled and washed as should did find filter really dirty with sunflower seeds and beans. So they cleaned everything and explained to them the importance of cleaning there filter so they dont wash dishes with dirty water and not clogging up there drain pump also ran diagnostics and found error code F5E1 door was not latched with in the 4 seconds also explained to them that it couldve been that they thought they started the unit but was not started or they didnt close it between the 4 sec. count down to close door and unit never started having the issue that when they saw the dishes the next morning they were still the same. But unit as of now is running and working as should also went through all diagnostics test with no problems. Opt test ok.
