Pulled unit, found fan blade rubbing against outlet guard. Removed guard and adjusted to avoid contact. Noise much better, slight noise still exists, possible fan motor bearing. Customer also wants oven temps calibrated. Ran bake test to 350 degrees, let cycle several times. Temps reading 305-311 after. Temps are normal, no need for calibration at this time. Ran diag and ran step 6 bi-metal close, is getting 120V but is not turning on. Found connector on heating full of ice. Cleared out, tested unit. Good is going into a defrost. Defrosted evap and advice cuts to allow unit 24 hours to reach normal temps. Aldo told cust that I found blue wire snapped at the bottom of the door that wire is for motor dispenser, cust is aware of it will not fix."
