"Cc unit not filling with water and dispenser not opening sometimesRan diagnostics, found codes 6-2 fo fill valve electrical problem, 9-1 for diverter cant find position, and lower spray arm error. Ran diagnostics test, unit did not fill with water, checked water valve to ensure turned on. Checked float switch operation , checked good. Measured voltage to fill valve during demand, only reading 14.1vac. Unit needs control. Lower spray arm is also needing replaced, cannot reassemble correctly, customer had taken it out and taken it apart to clean. Found dispenser door gasket torn, causing door to not open fully when demanded. Unit needs control, lower spray arm and dispenser. Control is covered under 60mo warranty.
