"Cc that the unit was leaking water all over and that it did not spin the clothes out. Ran diag no error codes, ran auto test pass, cust said that the water on the floor was cause by the drain in the house, it was clogged up and unit keep draining. Explain cust that to pause unit you have to press once the button. Explain cust how to get unit to drain and spin, that the unit if is off balance it will shut off and they have to rearrange the clothes to get them to drain and spin on a cycle. Cust said if knob moves, told cust that the knob is only to choose the cycle, the lights at the bottom of the knob will tell you in what stage the cycle is at. Unit is working as designed."
