For the banging I explained to customer that its an off balance load and explained the procedure they would have to take to fix issue before unit pauses its self also leveled back leg on washer. Was going to replace compressor but BJ suggested me to pressurize system with nitrogen again because there had to be a leak so i pressurized the system and could not hear nothing started pushing and moving lines and one of the capillary lines from the back of unit going into the cabinet when i pushed it i heard a hissing and moved it a little more and started spraying out the nitrogen. Cc that unit has a F0E4 when in a rinse. Ran diagnostics and found error code F0E4 spin limited by temperature checked all water connections to make sure there not reversed and they were good so i replaced the valve since it has a thermistor on it and it could be reading wrong. Tested unit in a rinse and spin and worked as should also ran a calibration. Opt test ok.
