The ice maker is working fine and the arm its just that where the majority of the ice falls it doesnt have to much contact with arm causing ice maker to keep making ice explained to customer that they would have to move the ice around when full so it can make contact with arm. And for the handle I contacted BJ because this unit has custom made doors and handles to match cabinets and BJ said if there not the ones from manufacturer they will have to get in contact with the contractor who got them installed to fix issue. Cc that unit was not keeping cool. Plugged in unit took apart freezer section to check evaporator frost pattern and when compressor started up could hear it knocking and found that it was not balanced correctly because it was off one of the brackets on back causing it to knock turned off unit fixed bracket turned it back on and compressor stopped knocking and was running as should looked at evaporator after about 15mins and it had perfect frost pattern. Compressor was not not running correctly because it was off balance causing unit not to cool properly. Opt test ok.
