DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED99HED The unit is not spinning. The belt is good. The unit has a F434 and an F4f1 indicating a incorrect line voltage. I checked the power coming to the unit tested good the relay switch on the main control board is functioning correctly. The motor is receiving 120 V of power but not rotating with the unit unplugged I spun the drum by hand the centrifugal switch to not engage with the machine on and running a Spondin drum drum did not takeoff.
