Cc that unit is not reading the cycles how its supposed to. Ran diagnostics and found error code F5E2 unlock error and F0E5 off balance load. Verified times and explained to customer how to use the display and the difference in time when you have extra rinse which will give you more time and without extra rinse and also the soil depending on being light or heavy the times will change. Also said that the drain and spin will not work and showed her that the display shows off fir the spin she would have to choose what spin she would want slow medium or fast. Unit working as designed. Opt test ok.

"Cc that clothes were stuck in washer. I Plugged in the unit and was stuck in flood mode. Verified and drain hose is stock in wall with no air gap around it they put a epoxy around it to seal it they will need to fix issue to get unit draining properly and also found in between bellow a lot of hair and fabric softener towels blocking the holes for the drain cleaned out. Tested unit after getting it out of drain mode and verified functions and unit filling, washing and draining as should will need to fix drain hose issue for no further issues. Opt test ok."

Cc that unit was not passing the sense led. Tested unit and started up as should also filled and agitated. Ran diagnostics and found a F7E5 shifter fault. Looked under washer and unit has the new shifter so i replaced it with the service pointer shifter. Reinstalled all parts ran a calibration and auto test and passed. Explained to customer only 6 to 8 regular bath towels for a full load and 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash clothes. Unit working as designed.
