Defrost heater only receiving 57v. Tested at control. Only receiving 57v. Checked at outlet. Found unit has an open ground. And voltage issues. Found at outlet getting 56v between hot and ground, 47v between neutral and ground, and 118v between hot and neutral. All thermistor check good. Unit did enter defrost. Advised customer he needs an electrician."

Noticed that the washer was leaning forward and the basket was completely leaning on the front of cabinet leveled unit to where it was centered ran a auto test and calibration and passed. Explained to customer that the unit is fine it was just going off balance because it was not leveled properly causing unit to go off balance and pausing unit leaving the clothes all wet and water in tub thinking it was not draining.
