Took temperatures and freezer was at -2 and ff section was at 44* removed evaporator cover in the ff section and had ice around corners noticed fan was not running but when it started running it was rattling. Also found thermistor was not on the suction line had came off. Reinstalled and zip tied it. Found that unit has a service pointer for the fan and tower for the moisture build up it forms not allowing proper air flow and rattling or vibrating sound. Cc that units no preheat option is not working properly. Ran diagnostics to see if it had any error codes and no error codes were stored. Tested temp probe and was good. So i ran a bake to 350* to see if it was preheating properly and keeping temperature and unit preheated to 350* waited about 10mins to verify temperature and the temperatures were at 348*to 362* temperatures were perfect also tested the convection bake and the No preheat mode and was working fine temperatures were perfect. Explained to customer that they can calibrate the oven to how they like the temperatures for better cooking results if there not satisfied with the cooking but i can not find any issues with oven or temperatures at the moment. Unit is working as should. Opt test ok.
