Cc that unit stopped cooling again. Verified pressures and they were low when I turned off unit meaning theres a leak in the system. Used my uv light since I i stalled a uv dye filter and checked on both evaporators and nothing check at the back and noticed a little by the capillary line going into the cabinet so I sprayed some soap suds to see and little by little the bubbles started coming out leaking inside cabinet. Called tech line spoke with Brandon explained issue with unit sent him pictures unit not repairable.

Put up a paper towel to motor and is holding on all 3 settings. Suction is good. As far as functional wise, motor is in specs and working properly. Customer can have the housing venting checked out if needed but the Range Hood is preforming as it should. Op Test Ok. Techline agreed that hood is working as it should. Venting as far as how many 90* elbows and the run length of it can play part. Also mentioned steam can be hard to capture and can also go around hood. Smoke and Grease will be easier to capture."

Ran unit to check vent and vent has good airflow, so I let run for a while to see if coils were the issue and it seemed good but noticed that the flame was kind of cutting off faster than what its supposed to so I replaced cutoff and coils just incase and recommended customer to make sure if there drying mixed loads or bulky loads to use timed dry opt test good.; used 1 279834 (COIL), and 1 279816 (CUTOFF) from stock"

Ran diagnostics and found error code F0E2 over suds, F0E3 overload and F7E1 tachometer missing and F7E7 motor not able to reach targeted rpm. Looked underneath and everything looked good but I replaced the actuator and cam because of the fault code and recommended customer to not overload washer 6 to 8 regular bath towels for a full load and 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash clothes. Tested unit to make sure everything was good opt test good.; used 1 W11481722 (actuator), and 1 W10721967 (PULLEY) from stock"

Cc that dishes are still wet at the end of the cycle. Ran diagnostics and no faults so I ran a test to make sure heater was functioning and it was. Also made sure vent fan ohmed out in range and it did it had 32kohms. Explained to customer that this dishwasher is plastic inside so it will buildup moisture inside with the steam so I recommended her to use rinse aid to help dry the dishes and would not recommend plastic bowls because they will not dry unit working as designed opt test good.
