Turned off vacuum waited 10 minutes low side is 20 vacuum was in a 30 vacuum when done vacuuming. called t/l isolate the high side and the low side. Unit went into vacuum. "Customer had questions for auto fill and deep water. No error codes, ran calibration and diagnostics, good. Went over owners manual, normal cycle will only work and auto default to auto sensing. To show that deep water is working, ran a auto sensing Bulky/Sheets. Marked line with tape and show where it is vs Deep water wash option. Showed customer both set points. Just advised of making sure to evenly distribute clothes and use correct cycle, no overloading. Unit is good. Op Test Ok."

"Cc unit not agitating or advancing cycles. Ran diagnostics found f7e1 for shifter fault. Ran shifter test, shifter is working but found cam/pulley is melted and damaged so it will not shift. Replaced cam using customer supplied pre Id part. Ran multiple tests on unit to identify cause of damaged pulleys. Noticed on spin tests that the basket is wobbling more so then normal. Looks to be a slightly bent or misaligned drive shaft which would be causing excessive wear on splutch components in a spin. Ordering gearcase. ; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W11551646 (Nut)"

Replaced ui because it had a F2E1 error code. And tested unit because customer was stating that the temperature was about 15 to 20 degrees lower than the set temperature. Let the oven heat ip to 350* and waited about 15mins and checked temperatures and they were between 350* and 337* unit was igniting each time so I explained the customer how to calibrate oven and I left it for her at plus 10* and explained as well that she can go lower or higher and that she can set it at her preference. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit would not finish cycle or stayed locked and shut off than would unlock later on after resetting unit. Tried running diagnostics and unit would not turn on checked control board and didnt see the led on checked for power at control and had 0vac checked outlet and it was saying it was good checked continuity on cord and it was good checked breaker box and it was good as well found that the outlets slots one of them was loose causing it not to make proper connection and not sending voltage to unit switched unit to another outlet and unit started working as should. Ran a calibration and auto test and passed. Explained to customer that if they want to use the original outlet they were using it will have to be replaced. Opt test ok.
