Followed tech sheet diagnostics cycle and all 3 sprays arms are working in the appropriate cycles, shooting water and rotating normally. All components working properly. rinse aid, corrected, put more in there had sample packets on truck. Went over making sure dishes are set up correctly, making sure hot water is getting to unit first before starting. Correct cycles adding in rinse aid. Also trying added options like hi temp sani rinse. Trying different detergent. Making sure no hard food left over on items in dishes. Making sure to clean filter. Before leaving out finish quantum detergent. Put unit on normal plus hi temp and long heated dry. Customer to monitor, unit working as designed. Op test ok."

Cc that unit still not making ice. Verified temperatures again and found FC at 12* and RC at 55* this time. Took off evap cover in RC and had good frost pattern also fan was was working. So i called BJ and asked me to check the freezer evaporator and at the moment was in defrost mode took out all stuff from FC and removed cover waited a while to check on frost pattern since it was in defrost mode. Verified frost pattern and evaporator had perfect frost pattern. Called BJ and explained to him and i stated to him that we havent changed the temperature control board yet and he said lets change that if that doesnt work to call techline. Cc that unit leaked once but hasnt done it since and she wanted me to verify it. Looked on back of unit to check hoses and drain hose and looked good. Ran diagnostics to fill up washer and and than to drain the water out to see if anything would leak and could not find any leaks opened up top of unit to see if anything was out of place but nothing. Could not find any leaks asked customer to monitor for now since it happened only once it couldve of been an of balance load but unit as of now working as designed. Also leveled unit a little better.
