When arrive I heard the squeak but it was not coming from gearcase it was coming from pulley and belt so replace part noise when away but customer complaints to me cause he wants me to replace gearcase I explain him why I wasnt replacing it he was telling me that it goes off balance alot I explain him that is probably a load size so I end up calling whirlpool Spoke to austin he said gearcase would not cause off balance what it could be is the hub strip so he wants me to get to hub but when trying to take agitator it is seize so I use wd40 and keep pulling nothing so I had to brake it with chipsaw and hammer and I had to replace gearcase any way cause I damage it trying to cut agitator.

Cc that they were not making ice or dispensing water. Verified and found filter housing leaking and frozen temperature settings was colder than recommended and blocking the whole top shelf and vent. Also the water tank was frozen causing her not to dispense water.Recommended to lower shelf to where a gallon of milk can fit and to leave the air vent open to where the air can flow freely and not freeze up everything. I set the temperature to recommended. Checked ice maker and it was off. Will need to replace filter housing. Ordering filter housing.; ordrng 1 W11346623 (Filter housing)

multiple issue with unit one was clock changing number two was slamming door or letting door go and slam on its own then console turns black and comes back number three is that it gets too hot on floor and in the middle between the me and oven door and on the floor and number 4 is that door on lower oven gets fogy call whirlpool tech Spoke to Anthony they said to have customer use whirlpool app connect unit to app so it can automatically do a software update for clock stop to reset also show customer a service pointer W11544031 that indicates normal operations of heat coming from unit and also for the fog in glass it could be temperature or when opening door or what customer cooking can prevent steam there is nothing they can do about that also he ask if I can check for any loose connection on console so i did took it apart and no loose connector found he also ask to have customer not slam door unit working as design
