Contacted AB to see if I could pickup a evaporator from a customers home that I left brand new. He gave me the go so I finished all my calls returned to home with evaporator replaced evaporator tested unit for leaks good. Put unit into a vacuum held a 30 vacuum for about 10mins and recharged unit with 6.00oz of R134a. Recommended customer to wait at least 24hrs for proper cooling.; used 1 W11492867 (Evaporator) from stock

Ran diagnostics and and found error code F0E5 again for off balance load I test3d the unit in diagnostics and its worked fine and cant find any evidence of water leaking from anywhere I looked underneath the unit again and everything looks as when I checked it last time I came out, so I asked customer for some towels to run a drain/spin to see if issue would happen with some weight in it and it when is started spinner it started banging really hard so I stopped the cycle and noticed tub would move up and down had play in it so I took out tub and found it wasnt sitting properly in the gear case shaft and hub was cracked. Reseated tub and replaced hub made sure tub didnt have any play and it didnt. Restarted the drain/spin again to test it and it didnt bang around went through perfectly fine opt test good.; used 1 W10528947 (HUB) from stock"

Cc that unit stopped cooling again. Verified pressures and they were low when I turned off unit meaning theres a leak in the system. Used my uv light since I i stalled a uv dye filter and checked on both evaporators and nothing check at the back and noticed a little by the capillary line going into the cabinet so I sprayed some soap suds to see and little by little the bubbles started coming out leaking inside cabinet. Called tech line spoke with Brandon explained issue with unit sent him pictures unit not repairable.
