None through FF damper. Found some air ducts broken in FZ 2003924 NLA DISCONTINUED 2003929 NLA discontinued 2209336 discontinued. All duct air parts and assembly, discontinued. Tried putting ducts different ways and fixing the broken one. Can feel air starting to get through to FF. Give time for it to cool and customer to monitor."

Verified and unit spins and washes it was just not draining customer said it will only drain with the drain hose on floor and I explained to him that its not draining is siphoning the water out because the drain hose is lower than the 38 high its supposed to be rearranged drain hose and found that the drain pump plug came off reseated the terminals and tested the draining and it started working as should.
