Ran unit and it started filling but could not hear the wash pump running removed front panel to make sure control was sending the voltage to the wash pump and after i unplugged the wash pump connector and reconnected it it started functioning as should cancelled cycle about 3 times and restarted the unit to make sure and it was working every time explained to customer it couldve been a loose connection but unit is washing perfectly Ran a diagnostics test cycle to make sure as well and it passed as well unit as of now working as designed asked customer to monitor for now and that she has 30 days for the service call.
