"Cc unit didnt drain, customer also stated that she loaded unit when she came back to it the next day she realized that the unit didnt drain, the load was large enough that could throw the unit off balance. Ran diagnostics and calibration no issues found, I asked customer for 4 large towel to run and was and spin and drain test, let the towels get really wet anderen unit started the wash cycle I cancel and switch to drain and spin, all functions pass, inform customer that 5 fo 7 leg towels is a full load also advise of arranging the items in the tub and if out of balance occurs to pause unit rearrange item and resume cycle. Was sitting in the truck filling up the information in the pvr customer came to my window and told me that the unit had stop again and if I can come in and take a look b4 I leave, confirmed that unit did stop cause by a off balance load, reset it the unit customer asked if I can stay for the duration of the drain and spin cycle to make sure everything was ok be I leave. Opt test ok"
