Cc that unit was burning there food when baking. Customer explained that they set oven to 250* and that they thought it was good enough before the temp was up to temp to put in food and when they took it out it was burnt. Explained to customer that when they set the preheat temp once it reaches the desired temp they would have to wait at least 20mins before inserting the food in the oven to have proper temperature in the oven. Tested unit by preheating to 350* and waited 20mins and showed the customer the temperature that it was at 360* i also explained to them that they can calibrate it to there desire and they wanted me to calibrate it to -5* for them. Unit working as designed. Opt test ok.

Explained to them that when they select a cycle and unit starts not to try to open the door before it closes because it can trigger the lid lock and keep it shut and also to try not to slam the lid.
