Cc that fuse on the fuse box keeps tripping. Checked power on unit and it was good looked at all fuses and thermostats on u it and were reading good did change the cut-off because seemed like unit was not cutting off properly. Looked at all wiring but could not find any issues called BJ and explained issue and asked me to see if the fuse on the fuse box was hot and it was also asked me to check the amperage the dryer is pulling and it was pulling 22amps unit is as designed BJ explained that if fuse is hot the fuse box is bad will need an electrician. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit was leaking. Found unit unplugged and unhooked from the water lines. Reinstalled everything to test unit tested unit And could not detect any leaks besides that i found that the hot water line on the inlet valve was leaking because it had debris and water stains around it but coming from the hose not the inlet valve also could see water stains in The inside part of the cabinet where it was leaking water before running down to the floor let the washer run with the top up so i can see everything around it and nothing i could not duplicate issue explained to customer that it couldve just been the hose but its not leaking anymore. Let customer know to monitor it for now and if issue occurs again to try to get a video or picture for us to have a better perspective of issue but I cant duplicate issue ran different cycles and water levels to make sure. Opt test ok.
