"Cc unit just flashes a code F5. Unit was unplugged, plugged in unit and unit started coming on and off every 2 seconds or so and flashing an F5 code was able to get into diagnostics and found error codes f3e2 for Inlet Water Temperature Fault, F5E1 Lid Switch Fault Lid Is Up, f0e2 oversuds, F5e3 Lid Lock Will Not Unlock, cleared code but can get the unit into diagnostics cycle it will shut off and start flashing the code. Dispenser is full of liquid and powder detergent, informed customer that that is too much detergent. Unit will need a lid latch, Im out of TS, ordering latch; ordrng 1 W10810403 (Lid latch), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"

Cc that unit is not working. When i arrived unit was working again i did so e checks and everything checked out good. So customer wanted me explain to him how can he check himself since hes pretty handy and were having problems that when i come out its working i explained to him what he has to do and if when unit is not working and everything i explained to him is good he will need inverter board for compressor replaced.
