Found that ff section was overly packed blocking the air tower so i Steamed out the water tank and unit started dispensing water also cycled the ice maker for them. Explained to customer that they cant pack the refrigerator that much and they have to leave the center open for proper air flow because if not the air stays in back of unit causing the water tank to freeze. "Cc unit FF top shelf items are freezing in front of damper. Took temps of each shelf in FF, ranging from 37-39* at this time compressor and FZ are running. Took temps in FZ ranging from 0- -1. Temp bars for FF set at 2 bars, FZ set at 3 bars. Checked and bottle of water is frozen on top shelf but also is right in front of air circulation, causing whatever is in front of diffuser will freeze. In owners Manual also else temp too cold, refrigerator side. Let customer know thats the way the Refrigerator is set up, FF gets cold air from FZ. So if something is in front of diffuser, blocking air circulation, can cause to freeze up. Went into diagnostics, all checks pass on sensors. Checked voltage and getting correct voltage where its suppose to. As far as components wise, all check in order and working correctly. Unit is working as designed. Just cannot block air flow circulation, turning and adjusting temp controls as well can help. Called techline to document. Went over everything done, went over findings today. Techline said to make sure no items are blocking diffuser, cold air directly from FZ, keep temp settings on control 2 or 3 bars. Customer to also read use and care guide if needed. Unit is good. Op test ok."
