Cc that unit is taking to long to dry clothes and that they cleaned out vent and tried the vent test and it would not move. Verified and found that the vent in the back of unit was crushed causing it to restrict the air explained it to the maintenance guy and also did the dryer vent test for him with out the vent on and the flap inside the dryer fell right off. He said he will fix issue and get the vent fixed. Unit heating and working as should. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit was thawing out ice cream in freezer but ff section was fine. Took temps and freezer was at 14* and ff section at 38*. Explained to customer that these refrigerators are not meant for garages because if temperatures drop below 55* they will have problems with cooling. Took off evaporator cover and saw that unit did not have frost all the way up and saw the suction line was crimped coming out from the cabinet. Called BJ and sent him the picture and said to call tech line. Called techline and spoke with Joel explained issue and said that with unit being in the garage and having temps drop the way there dropping its hard to diagnose the issue stated that customer is going to have to have unit for at least a week with temp over 60* in the garage to properly see if unit is working as should or not also sent the suction line pics to Joel and said for the customer to monitor for now and if issue continues after the temps get stable around the 60* than he said he will go with does pics i sent him and go under review.

Took temperatures and freezer was at -2 and ff section was at 44* removed evaporator cover in the ff section and had ice around corners noticed fan was not running but when it started running it was rattling. Also found thermistor was not on the suction line had came off. Reinstalled and zip tied it. Found that unit has a service pointer for the fan and tower for the moisture build up it forms not allowing proper air flow and rattling or vibrating sound. Removed top from unit and removed baffle and found two paper clips inside baffle every time it spined it would rattle.
