Verified and found that the left hand side spring came off nothing was broken it just got stock with the insulation until it was hard to open and when it was forced it came off. Reinstalled spring removed insulation from hinge and tested door. Opt test ok.

Took off back compartment by compressor, nothing out of place, no leaks, cleaned drip pan just in case giving off smell. Customer will monitor and if smell is still present after cleaning.
