Leveled unit and ran diagnostics and found error code F0E5 off balance load causing unit to pause and not complete cycle. Ran a calibration and auto test and passed. Looked underneath unit and everything looked good. Also customer stated that they were filling up washer fully. Explained to customer no more than 6 to 7 regular bath towels and only 2 tablespoons of detergent to avoid issue there having and other future issues they could have. Opt test ok.

P2 controls power to latch and oven lamp. Checked both, found black wire terminal on bulb socket welded to chassis due to how it was mounted. Pulled socket back and way from chassis. Reconnected wires, no short. Reset breaker, unit powered on. Ran bake and broil test. All functions tested good. Op test good."

Cc that unit was not working unit would start to sense and shut off. Tested unit on a quick wash and unit started fine but when i went to cancel it to drain noticed it was draining really slow.
