Cc that ice maker stopped making ice. Temperatures were good freezer at 2* and ff section at 38*. Looked in freezer and found the ice maker fill tube blocked with ice. Checked the water valve they have in the home for the water line and its a saddle valve recommended them to change for a quarter turn valve because of the issues they can run into with the one installed also they did not have it opened all the way causing it to not have good water pressure and making the valve leak and freezing the fill tube. Steamed out fill tube opened valve how it should be cycled ice maker and filled how it should. Opt test ok.
