Ran diagnostics and found F0E5 off balance load explained to customer the issue with the error code and how to try to avoid it. Ran a calibration on unit and Auto test and passed. Started unit up to make sure pump and spray arms are functioning and they were you can hear the water splashes on the door so it could be that its not opening when it needs to causing issue replaced dispenser ran a test cycle opt test ok. Also noticed water was cold coming in checked water line and it was on the hot water but the hot water takes really long to get hot explained to customer to prime the hot water before starting unit because it can disable the heater if it doesnt have the correct temperature coming in to the unit. Recharged system, same result, low side went into 25 in/hg. Pulled cap tube off drier and charged with nitrogen, drier is open. Pulled suction line off compressor, and charged with nitrogen, no flow through cap tube and evaporator. Capillary tube is blocked in heat exchanger. Cc that unit is banging around. Ran diagnostics and no error codes made sure suspension was good and it was also made sure basket was not loose also tried leveling out unit a little better because the legs were almost all out but the way the floor is you have to extend the legs to level it. Asked customer if he had some towels to run a rinse/spin to see what it would do when it goes into a spin. Rinse/spin finished with no issues at all. Explained to customer to make sure a full load is 6 to 8 regular bath towels and to try to keep clothes classified so they can try to prevent issues with having more weight on one side like mixed loads causing the issue with going off balance. Can not find an issue with unit. Called techline and spoke with Travis explained issue and stated that everything i checked was good and that it was user error
