Cc that unit was freezing stuff in ff section and now the freezer is not cooling properly. Took temperatures and temp in freezer was at 17* and it was in defrost mode took temps in ff section and it was at 46*. Removed evaporator cover and evaporator had good frost pattern all around so i looked in back to see if condenser fan was good and it was but did notice that the refrigerator was right in front of the homes vent for the heater. Cc that unit was not filling as should and that and that she hasnt been able to do the update on unit and wash plate has stains. Explained to her that for the wash plate she would have to get a authorization from whirlpool because its a cosmetics issue not a functioning issue. Verified what she was saying about the not filling and washer was fine she had the cycle on normal and explained to her that she will not get anymore water than what she had because a normal cycle is supposed to save you on water even if she has it in deep water wash she would have to select heavy duty cycle or bulky items to get more water. We also tried to pair the unit to her phone again so we can try to do the update which we were not successful asked her to get in contact with whirlpool and and have a representative that can help her out with the update.
