"Cc tried doing a Self Clean cycle, was stuck on sensing, flashes codes. Went into stored error codes, 5 stored codes. F0E7 Load Detected While Running Clean Washer Cycle, F6E3 Communication error , F7E3 Basket Engaged During Wash , F7E4 Basket Re-engaging failure, F7E7 Unable to Reach RPM. After cleaning codes, tried running a test mode. Incoming water and draining is fine. Will not agitate/ spin. After stored error codes are F6E3, F7E7. Individual test, will not agitate or spin. Everything turning freely. Following through tech sheet. All test checks good, main control has failed. Slider replaced from t/s. Will order controls, clutch and stator just incase needed. ; ordrng 1 W11614514 (Control) and 1 W11478526 (UI control) and 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch)"

Just by chance in case something is going on with valves, unplugged for now to make sure no noise from them. Ran test diagnostics, each component individually over 3 times. Ran all fans, compressor and damper, all quiet and no noises coming from them. All components testing good and functioning as it should. Advised customer of what give done and if needed and can, to record any random noises by phone. As of today, all test good. Op Test Ok."
