All thermistors except pantry displayed passed. Noticed pantry UI not working, checked board, board corroded and shorted. Unplugged. Ran diagnostics and found error code F8E1 no fill, long fill tested the water in diagnostics and it was good noticed that the drain hose was real long and was shoved inside the drain pipe about a foot removed drain hose and fixed issue by reducing the drain hoses length and rerouting it and only put it 4 inches into the drain pipe. Tested unit in a normal wash and started washing cancelled it and did the rinse/spin because he wanted to make sure it would finish the cycle and it passed. Unit working as designed now. Opt test ok."

Cc that unit is not making ice. Checked temperatures and freezer was at 3* and ff section at 35*. Ice maker bin had some ice but not to many and they were hollow ran ice maker to test and would not receive water checked voltage to ice maker and was good also when calling for water. Checked water line on back and found that the fitting that they have the rubber piece is restricting the water from coming in fixed issue with rubber seal on line tested and ice maker is receiving water as should now. Also saw that they connected the water line to the hot water line instead of the cold water. Recommended the customer to get that changed out to avoid further issues with ice maker. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit is not making ice or getting water to ice maker. Tested ice maker and valve is receiving power and ice maker as well but would not get water to unit. Checked line on unit in back and good as well. Tested the water pressure with water line off and noticed that it had good pressure but if you open the main valve all the way it will shut off the water you can only open it half way. To fix issue they can either leave it open have way which works fine or change out the main valve. Tested ice maker and now receiving water. Opt test ok.

I put feet on right side (facing unit) raised up more to try and help offset slanted floor. If need be customer will had to add blocks on side to raise unit because of slanted floor. Ran diagnostics, found off balance and shifter error, cleared. Replaced actuator from t/s. Ran diagnostics test and calibration, good. Ran on a rinse hand spin, unit is locking and agitating. Cc that inner tub was full of grease. Confirmed inner tub was stained with grease went to open up the outer tub box which was going to be replaced as well and was cracked on the bottom. Let customer know and she called her dad to let him know about the issue and I gave them the option that since the complaint is mainly about the inner tub i can just wipe down the outer tub thats in the washer already and replace the inner one which was the main complaint. Customer agreed with option cleaned out outer tub and let customer see before installing the new inner tub and was good with it replaced the inner tub also replaced capacitor which was bad because unit wasnt agitating. Installed all parts tested unit with customer there. Opt test ok.
