Ran diagnostics and no error codes looked in between the bellow and there were 2 big pens blocking the holes in between the bellow took unit apart to verify the drain pump and found some hair and a Christmas tree light bulb but nothing obstructing the drain pump reinstalled everything and did a quick wash with customer to see what would happen and unit finished perfectly. Customer stated she always uses the normal wash so I verified the cycle and found customer had the spin off thats why it would not spin the clothes out and be wet at the end of cycle. Unit working as should. Opt test ok.

He said that is refrigerant going to the evaporator, told me to add permagum at the cap tube and to set the drier on and angle that will take care of the noise. Good. Cust said that when the other company was here they told her that the compressor was needed. Verified and compressor was running as should temperatures were ff section at 40* and freezer at 10* verified the icemaker and it wasnt melting it was that the fill cup for the icemaker was clogged with ice and every time it called for water it would spread the water all over bin and inside of where the bin sits unit will need water valve replaced and icemaker because it is not cycling as should stops mid way.
