Ran diag found error code F0E5 off balance load detected, deleted error code. Unit has drum leaning right hand side more, pushed down on basket, it bounce back once. . Leveled unit, ran auto test ,pass. Ran high speed spin pass, ran calibration,pass. Explain cust to try to load just jeans, underwear and shirts and towels alone, if doing rugs add something else to help balance. Only 1-2 tablespoons of detergent and 6-7 bath towels = a full load. Op test ok"
